Can I issue a refund via myROAM?

Depending on the settings of your myROAM account you may or may not be able to perform refunds. If you are able to perform refunds a Refund button will be visible on the right in the transaction history table.

To issue a refund for a transaction:

  1. Click the Refund button located.
  2. When the dialog box displays enter either the full or partial amount to be refunded.Refund Amount
  3. Click the Refund button, then confirm the refund, by clicking Refund Now on the next screen.
