How do I login to ROAMpay X5 for the first time?

  1. Download the ROAMPay X5 app.
    • For Android devices go to the Google Play store
    • For Apple devices got to the iTunes store.
  2. Launch the ROAMPay X5 application.

  3. Tap the Username field and enter the username provided in the Welcome e-mail.
  4. Tap the Password field and enter the password provided in the Welcome e-mail.
  5. Tap Log In to log into the app, and read the Terms and Conditions

  6. Read through the Terms and Conditions, and tap accept to proceed.
  7. You will be presented with the Personal E-mail Address screen. This is the e-mail that will be associated with your account, to receive update notifications and transaction confirmations. Enter your e-mail address, and tap Continue to proceed

  9. You will now be prompted to create a password for your account. This password will also be used to access the ROAMmerchant portal associated with your account. Password must be between 5-64 characters (case sensitive). Enter the same password in both fields, and tap Continue.

  11. On the next screen, you will be asked to create two security questions required to reset your password.

  13. Select the first drop down and choose your security question.
  14. Enter the answer in the text field below.
  15. Select the second drop down menu and choose a second security question.
  16. Again, enter the answer in the text field below.
  17. Tap Continue.
  18. Your account is now active to begin using & processing transactions within the ROAMpay X5 application.
