How do I refund a transaction? ROAMpay X4 will determine if the transaction has settled or not. If the transaction has not settled a void will occur, if the transaction has settled then a refund will occur. Go to the Cart screen. Tap the Menu icon on the top-left corner to go the Settings section. From the Settings screen, tap the Transaction History row to navigate to the Transaction History screen. Tap on a transaction that needs to be voided/refunded. Tap Issue Refund to open the Refund Amount dialog. Review/edit the amount to be refunded. Refund amount cannot exceed the original sale amount. Anything under the original amount will result in a partial refund. Tap Refund. If the Refund is successful, you will see the following notification.
