ROAMpay X4 will determine if the transaction has settled or not. If the transaction has not settled a void will occur, if the transaction has settled then a refund will occur.
- Go to the Cart screen.
- Tap the Menu icon on the top-left corner to go the Settings section.
- From the Settings screen, tap the Transaction History row to navigate to the Transaction History screen.
- Tap on a transaction that needs to be voided/refunded.
- Tap Issue Refund to open the Refund Amount dialog.
- Review/edit the amount to be refunded.
- Refund amount cannot exceed the original sale amount.
- Anything under the original amount will result in a partial refund.
- Tap Refund.
- If the Refund is successful, you will see the following notification.
