How do I refund a transaction?

ROAMpay X4 will determine if the transaction has settled or not. If the transaction has not settled a void will occur, if the transaction has settled then a refund will occur.

  1. Go to the Cart screen.

  1. Tap the Menu icon on the top-left corner to go the Settings section.

  1. From the Settings screen, tap the Transaction History row to navigate to the Transaction History screen.

  1. Tap on a transaction that needs to be voided/refunded.
  1. Tap Issue Refund to open the Refund Amount dialog.


  1. Review/edit the amount to be refunded.
  • Refund amount cannot exceed the original sale amount.
  • Anything under the original amount will result in a partial refund.
  1. Tap Refund.
  2. If the Refund is successful, you will see the following notification.
