Depending on the settings of your myROAM account you may or may not be able to perform refunds. If you are able to perform refunds a Refund button will be visible on the right in the transaction history table.
To issue a refund for a transaction:
- Click the Refund button located.
- When the dialog box displays enter either the full or partial amount to be refunded.
- Click the Refund button, then confirm the refund, by clicking Refund Now on the next screen.
