Ordering a ROAM reader Note: Some Merchant Service Providers provide ROAM Readers for use. Please check with you Merchant Service Provider before ordering readers through myROAM. Open a web browser (IE, FireFox, Chrome, Safari). Enter http://my.roamdata.com into the URL field. You are prompted with the myROAM home page. 4. Enter your user ID & password as requested, and click Login. If this is your first time logging in, the First Time Login and Setup screen is presented. 5. Once successfully logged in, you’ll see the Application Dashboard as shown below. 6. Across the top banner, select the Order Accessories tab. If you do not see the Order Accessories Tab, call your merchant service provider for questions about purchasing hardware. 7. The Order Accessories screen provides a list of all ROAM readers available for purchase. Select the reader you would like by clicking on it’s applicable link. 8. The reader is added to your cart, where you can edit the quantity you’d like to order (default is 1 reader). 9. On the final screen, enter your billing information (including ZIP, shipping method, card holder data, etc.) to finalize the order.
